Hi Maria,

Video conferencing tools, such as Zoom, can be integrated with your Brightspace environment using the External Learning Tools framework (accessible via Admin tools). Most tools that support the LTI standard can be integrated through the External Learning Tools. Other tools such as Microsoft Teams can also be integrated in a similar way, see Integrate Microsoft Teams classes and meetings LTI apps within Desire2Learn Brightspace LMS
