In assignments (dropbox), the textbox is hidden when the rubric is open

An instructor has reported that some students are unable to see the textbox for a Text submission-type assignment when the attached rubric is open. The rubric seems to cover up the textbox. Once the rubric is hidden, the textbox appears. Again, this seems to be sporadic as it works normally for some students and not for others. Any ideas?

    This looks like new issue to me. Can you please raise a support case to us to test and confirm if it is defect or what is causing the behavior.
