I am trying to set up reporting via the Manager's Dashboard and keep receiving this error. I've already assigned the manager and learners to the same organisation and allowed the Manager to Enroll learners. Please advise

Thanks for reaching us through community!!
Manager Dashboard only shows you users who report to you. A user reports to you if you are marked as their "Manager" via User Attributes
If you still have issues after assigning the users. I would request you to raise a support case to us to determine what is causing this issue.
