SFTP file processing

Files I am sending via SFTP are not being processed. I can manually upload files to IPSIS to process. I am showing that there is no error transferring the file from my end. I need some help troubleshooting.

You might need to raise a support case with date and time you uploaded to SFTP to investigate further on this case.
