Can anyone share the .csv template for bulk enrollment?

I've used the format:

Action

Username

Org Defined ID

Role Name

Org Unit Code

It shows "too few field values" error but I can't seem to figure out why csv format won't work. There isn't a template that I can access within "Classlist", there is only the .txt template. When I receive rosters from HR, it would be SO MUCH EASIER to use the .csv vs creating a .txt file.

Hello! Yes I have access to this screen and only saw a format template for txt files. I recently found that the csv format is shared and have identified a resolution to my issue. I was provided a different csv format that wasn't working correctly. Thank you!

If you are trying to enroll users using Bulk user management tool then the format you used should be right as per document -

If you are trying through classlist then there is guide inbuilt suggesting the formats to be used.
