Grading Uploaded Written Work in Brightspace

I notice when I'm grading and I want to go to the next user, the system does not go in alphabetical order. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks.

    Hi @Desiree.N.367,

    When you're grading, you usually can sort the users by Clicking on the "First Name, Last Name" header in the column. Then, it can either be ascending or descending, as indicated by the error. Please take a look at the image be below:

    This affects the order in which the users are displayed and is present in the Gradebook, assignments and quizzes.
