Can you reset the final quiz score?

We have a student who experiences a technical difficultly whilst completing the final quiz exam. Is there a way to reset the quiz so she can resit it and pass the course?

    Options

    Hi @Sanonu.R.292! If you want to reset a student's quiz attempt so they can retake it, you can navigate to the Quizzes area, select on the dropdown next to the Quiz name and select "Grade". You can then check the box next to the student's original quiz attempt and select "reset" (as shown below). *You may need to also consider offering "special access" to the user if the quiz due date has passed 😊
