I appreciate your inquiry. Could you please tell me your role in the course and the location where you want to upload the file?
As the instructor, you have access to the Manage Files area where you can upload course files.
The Manage Files tool helps you organize and upload files for your course offering. We recommend that you create folders for each content module and store your files there.
