Here I am trying to find how to connect a chatbot to D2L and Brightspace does not even know what a chatbot is. Dare I ask, when will D2L accommodate a personally-built, customized chatbot?

    Hi @Doug.D.793! Brightspace Virtual Assistant is an example of a chatbot used within Brightspace today. I believe some institutions have used 3rd-party chatbots also. Do you mean that you designed a chatbot that you want to use?
