What does "Dropped!" (in red) mean? How to remove it or fix it? What does it mean when you click on the little grey circle exclamation point and it says: Information: This grade has been dropped from "Assignments"?

Thank you for the question. That message most likely means that the Gradebook has several grade items grouped under a Grade category called "Assignments". For each learner, a certain number of grades (highest/lowest) are dropped depending on the Grade category settings.
To find the settings, edit the Grade Category > Properties tab > Grading
