Surveys not showing up to select award requirement

Hello I've set up a course with 3 surveys in (ILP, mid and end of course evaluation) - they are all visible in the course (and survey admin area). However I can't find 2 of them when I go to the award section to set up the requirement that all three are attempted before the award of a course completion certificate. Can anyone help?

@Debbie.T.406 Hi Debbie, are the surveys anonymous? Those can't be used in release conditions since they wouldn't actually be anonymous in that situation.
