Media Library Folders?

Will there be a way to create folders within the Media Library? (not counting modules in courses) We want to organize courses by year but the media library does not provide a folder option, just a filter option.

Currently, our Media Library tool does not have that functionality and it has already been submitted to our Product Idea Exchange (PIE) here Visit the site to learn more about this suggestion.
