Save button unresponsive on quiz creation

Made a quiz and tried to save it, but the save button is unresponsive. I ended up hitting the "back" button, and it of course warned me that it would delete any unsaved data, which is what happened. I figured it was a fluke, maybe I got signed out on D2L/internet dropped out, etc.

So I made a new quiz and put in a bunch of questions and then went to save it and... same thing, Save button and the save & close button are completely unresponsive. You can tell that you are 'clicking' something, but nothing happens.

So I tried to publish all the questions to the LOR and I get an internal error.

I can make new quizzes and save them - but is there any way to save all the questions I already wrote?

    Hi @Kayla.M.700 ,

Thanks for reaching out to the Brightspace Community! In this case, we recommend filing a support ticket so that our folks can take a closer look at what may be impacting your learning environment.

I have never been able to submit a support ticket - every time I try, the website errors out. Is there a way I can contact them/ send a ticket that is not through the website? Ex. e-mail

    Hi @Kayla.M.700,

Glad you looped back😀 Your organization has a dedicated person called an Approved Support Contact. This individual is responsible for filing support tickets on behalf of your institution. If you are not sure who your institution's ASC is, we recommend connecting with your administrator or IT help desk. I will DM you with your institution's IT help desk contact information, in case it's handy.
