Can a learner add a to-do item or event in the Upcoming tab in the PULSE app?

Thank you for your inquiry. From my investigation and testing, this is not a feature at this time but an interesting inquiry! The Upcoming Tab in Pulse is tied to the Work-to-do widget and Calender which are tools that typically cannot be modified by users with learner roles.
