Hello @John.B.628, Thank you for your questions regarding Media Library and Editing Videos capabilities.
Cutting out sections of videos is a feature of Edit Videos, although cutting to divide the videos appears to be a feature request. To cut a section of video out, click the Scissors icon and click on a section with an in and out point.
