Hi Jose,

There have been a number of phone provider companies that are having gateway issues with sending these confirmation text messages to the users.

Could you please let me know which provider you are using?

Although this issue is caused by the providers, we want to make sure we inform these providers of the scope of this issue, so that they can investigate with appropriate priority.
