Can announcements be sent to departments?

Hi James,

Yes, this outcome can be achieved using the Global Announcements tool or regular Announcement tool. See:

In both scenarios the user must be enrolled at the level in which the Announcement is created. Thereafter the user can see the Announcement at the level in which it was created or at the Org level.
