Student cannot verify themselves since phone number has changed.

Hello I am a new admin for a college and one of our students cannot verify herself to login since she has changed numbers. The only verification options she has is call or text to this old number. Is there anywhere I can update this number or change it so she can login?

As we can see, your institution is supported by D2L.
We would suggest that the student opens a support ticket with D2L.

How does one go about opening a support ticket because I also have the same problem.
