Whenever our students or staff click on "Forget Password", there will be no link sent to the email addresses to reset.

As a First step, I would recommend users to check their email inbox and Spam folders for password rest emails, or see if their email inbox is full or not as that can cause the emails to not get delivered as well.

This happened to all staff and students of our institution.
And we have done the possible rectification by checking on spam and such. Still no email for resetting.
