ePortfolio: Send Invite tab is dimmed

When I try to share an ePortfolio item and follow all the steps, I still can send an invitation because the Send Invite tab is not working for me? What am I doing wrong?

    Hi Alla.Y.290,

    Once you have selected a user, or group, to share your ePortfolio with, make sure to Save > Put a check mark in the box next to the name you have shared it with > then the Send Invite icon should not be grayed out any longer.

    If it is still grayed out after adding a checkmark in the box next to the name you have saved to share it with, this could be an issue with your permissions.
