Cannot find any Section Tools

Hi everyone, i having trouble with Section.
I want to create section but cannot any menu for section
Already tried in Course Management, Course Admin, and Course Information. But Still cannot find it.

Thank you for your question. This issue could be related to missing permissions. You may need to have some permissions added to your role to be able to see the Sections tool.
