Pulse App Issue

Hello,
The pulse app is displaying in a browser only. I thought I remembered once you logged into your account through the window that popped up, it would eventually go away. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Hi Lauren,
When accessing the Pulse via the App the login experience should be the same as what is used by your institution whether that be SSO, local brightspace authentication and so forth. Once successfully authenticated you should be redirected back to the Pulse app. If this is not happening try:
- resetting the Pulse app to its initial state (as if just installed) and thereafter reconnecting with your institution,
