Rubrics Issue

Hello, We are having an issue with one learner where we cannot save his rubric, everytime we do the whole system freezes up. We are able to mark other students with exactly the same questions/ work and have no issues. It is just this one student we cant seem to mark. Please can this be passed to IT for them to contact me either via email or by phone?

I'm sorry to hear you're having troubles with assessing a student's rubric.
It sounds like you'll need some troubleshooting, and for that I would recommend logging a case with D2L Support. Approved Support Contacts (ASCs) can log a case with the D2L Helpdesk for investigation by several means:
- email (helpdesk@d2l.com)
- Brightspace Community
- telephone (Plus Admin Support subscribers and above only)
In your support case, you'll want to include specific steps to reproduce, including details on the course, user, and rubric for which this presents.
