I am writing to inquire about the location of the link for filing a ticket on your website. I am familiar with the process on the old D2L website, but I am having difficulty navigating the new site. Could you please provide me with the link or guide me through the process of finding it?

You can create a support case from the new Brightspace Community using Quick links > ASC Homepage> Manage Cases and then select the tab labelled " Open new case"
