Downloading earned certificates/awards for unenrolled students

We need to keep an archived record of earned certificates before unenrolling students from a course.

What's the best way to download a zip of all earned certificates?

    Hi Mary,

    Thank you for reaching Brightspace Community!

    To download the certificate for the students before unenrolling them you would need to do it for each student ( as an Admin/ instructor) through the Classlist award page "Generate Certificate" .

    Currently there is no option to bulk download certificates but there is a popular PIE item ( D7776) that clients has voted on; and the good news is it is under consideration meaning that the Product Manager is actively tracking the idea for an established product roadmap . You can upvote for the PIE to support the need on this item.
