Getting an error when trying to download User Attribute Values or User Attribute Definitions

Trying to download these two data sets but I end up with this error. What could be causing it?

Could you ty this again. I just checked and there doesn't seem to be an issue with these particular datasets. Could I get the URL of your environment when you have a moment ( if you are still experiencing the issue).
