Hi there,
One of the teachers here could not sent out email via Brightspace. It has error message of "No Internal permission".
May I know how to solve this issue. Thank you

As your organization's Approved Support Contact (ASC), please access the Community's ASC homepage to open a support case with our Product Support Team. They will be able to troubleshoot the issue this teacher is experiencing.
