What are the best practices to alert users that they have been enrolled into a new course?

    Using the Bulk User Management tool is the best way to notify users that they are enrolled in a course.

    An alternate solution would be to use Intelligent Agents, which would email a user when certain criteria is met (such as being enrolled in a particular org unit). This would be a little bit more manual setup, but it can be really flexible with your messaging & criteria.
