New Enollment Nofication
Our Everyday Behavior Tools course is going to be an online course with rolling enrollments dates and 2 mandatory virtual Zoom sessions. I'm not sure if this is possible in Brightspace, but I was wondering if there was a way we could automatically send our subject matter experts a notification when students enroll in the course? That way, they'll easily know when to coordinate meeting dates with students.

Hi Mark!
You can set up an Intelligent Agent to automatically notify subject matter experts via email that a student has enrolled in the course.
By setting criteria in the Agent, you can tell it to send an email to your SMEs when certain criteria have been met. You can edit the criteria such as Course or Login Activity and attach Release Conditions based off Org Unit Enrolment. You can choose what action is taken once the criteria have been met, in this case sending an email.

We did create the Intelligent Agent and it does not appear to work…can you review the setup?
Course- Everyday Behavior
Course Admin> Intelligent Agent> New Enrollment
Also, Can you provide details so i can see if we are sending outbound emails? I see 0 user identfied and i registered 3 times. I also cannot tell if the system is sending emails.
