Looking for API calls for quiz results displays

Question

I found myself in a situation where I need to update a whole mess of quiz result displays and I'm having trouble finding anything in the API that could help me. Specifically, I'm looking for something that would allow me to download and upload the text from the messages in each of the results display views of a particular quiz.

Thank you for the reply. I am mainly interested in the possibility of an API solution to the problem. I don't mind opening a ticket or doing it manually, but a programmatic solution would be ideal in case I run into a similar issue down the road.
