"Intelligent agents" vs default reports

I visit my course modules and click on the reports cog, so I can see traffic ina specific course page.

When I run an intelligent agent for the same page, I get, systematically, smaller traffic although I look back since the start of the course.

    Would you be able to confirm the release condition set in the 'Intelligent Agent'? Is it set to 'Content - visited content topic' or 'Content - Completed content topic', it is a possibility that the condition may have caused the issue.

    If you still experience this issue, may I suggest you open a support ticket with us for us to further look into this issue?

    Hi Rusha,

    The condition is set at 'visited content'. Since it's a HTML page, I assume instantly it is logged regardless of how long the learner stays in the page, right?

    Should I raise a ticket?😕
