Notifications on Discussion for Extended Student.
We have a professor who is needing to mark a student as Incomplete for the semester. This would give this particular student access to the course outside of the normal availability dates of the course, allowing them to submit work and things like that. My question is if this student with the extension comments on another student's discussion post to complete work, will the original owner of the discussion post be notified in Brightspace?

You can achieve this by setting discussion topic restrictions. Here, you can select which students you wish to restrict from that discussion. All those who you do not select, will still be able to view and interact with the discussion.
