Resolved-As I was reviewing the image after I submitted the question, I noticed the coloum header said
%. The person who had set this up put the point value rather than percentage. Changing the Assigned Value % to
75 resolved the p/f setting error.

I am attempting to determine why the settings for P/F are not indicating a score of 75% as Fail. It is a quiz worth 50pts and the scheme is set to show 37pt and below as fail. I am including some screeshots of these settings as well.
In addition, this p/f setting is also used as a release condition to retake the quiz. This was setup by another individual who is no longer at my institutution and I have never done this before. Any insight or suggestions are welcome!
