Login History vs. System Access History

Can somebody explain to me the difference between the history logs in Class Progress? I understand Course Access, but I don't completely understand the difference between login and system access.

    I found the answer in the Administrator's domain. Strangely, I cannot post a link to the article. I'm being blocked when I try to link to an article in the legacy community. The following is a Snip of the error message that I receive when trying to link to the article.
