Cannot Edit Grade Group on NavBar
Hello,
I cannot edit the Grades Group on a Course NavBar. However, this is not the case for all. On most NavBars I am able to edit Grades.
What setting would prevent me from being able to select and edit a Group like Grades on a NavBar. I am a System Administrator, and can do it on most NavBars for Grades; just not for this one.
For example, I can click and edit the Assignments Group, but not the Grades Group. And this is not consistent across all Colleges. For all but one College, I can select and edit Grades, but not for all.
Discussions - Error Message
Good morning,
I have students who have shared they are not able to reply to discussions and receive an “Internal Error” message.
I viewed the discussion as a leaner, and I am able to start a new thread under the discussion.
All students are assigned to a group.
Are there any other possible barriers to the students replying to a thread that I can resolve?

Adding a FAQ
How can I add my FAQ to my content? I've created one, but can't seem to find a way to include it in the content of my course.
Thanks!
Re: How can automated IPSIS upload retrieve errors?
@Lisa.B.760 Hi Lisa,
Thank you for reaching out to us on the Community site.
Currently, there exists no API route to retrieve errors for a batch processed through IPSIS
However there exists a feature request submitted in Product Idea Exchange that aligns with your ask and is submitted as below,
{
API routes for IPSIS: Batch Summary Results, Log Messages, and Audit Logs (D10160)
Direct Link:
}

Re: calculate final grade for students excused from a test
@Charmaine.P.705 IF functions have three parts: the IF statement, what to do when it's true, and what to do when it's false. So in your example you have the first two parts, but you need to add the last part of how the final grade is calculated when the IF statement is false. I'm assuming it will just be SUM of test, midterm, and final exam points? Add a comma between the last two } } and add the SUM function after the comma.
Re: Font size of Creator+ Practices
Hi Corinne,
Sorry for the slight misunderstanding.
Yes you are correct regarding Creator+ settings. I also see you submitted an idea for this improvement on the product/idea exchange. Thank you for that!
