Re: Final Exam - Repeated Questions
Hello Josh,
My advice would be to take a step back from configuring the Final Exam itself and work on organizing your Question Library so that all questions exist there only once, and organized into folders representing their original unit.
Then rebuild all of the Quizzes (with Question Pools where appropriate) based on the single instance of each Question from the Question Library. In doing so, it won't be possible for anything to be repeated on your Final Exam.

Re: Are we able to bulk delete content using a CCB file?

Thank you for reaching out to the Brightspace Community.
It is not possible to bulk delete content using CCB. CCB would re-create the courses.
Also, it depends on what your definition of content is.
For example, Bulk resetting of courses is currently not possible. (Please refer to PIE: https://desire2learn.brightidea.com/ideas/D6687). If the courses have not started, deleting them and recreating is the best way forward.
For content alone, you could use API's to bulk delete content.

Otherwise, deleting content course by course would be another option.
