Re: Quiz Attempt Not Showing
@Julie Low558 My director took a look at it and found the problem. One student had been given special access set to only users with special access can view the quiz. I don't know when that was set, because the whole class did take the quiz, but that's the reason it's being blocked now.
Using intelligent agent to identify users 2 weeks after tutorial, with a non-passing grade
Can I use an IA to identify and email users who have not passed an online assessment within 2 weeks of a face-to-face graded tutorial? The only actionable activities are login activity and course access—neither of which seem to apply. I've set release conditions related to: non-passing assessment grade and tutorial attendance but is there anything that tags these to within a certain timeframe of each other?

"Intelligent agents" vs default reports
I visit my course modules and click on the reports cog, so I can see traffic ina specific course page.
When I run an intelligent agent for the same page, I get, systematically, smaller traffic although I look back since the start of the course.
Re: On the data set: Content User Completion, is Date Completed - the first date they completed content?
@Dan Sem885 - Thank you! Great news; this is what we were hoping but just wanted to guarantee it before we based on engagement policies and re-engagement policies on this.
Re: Release Conditions on Content
@Hi @Aaron.Marks3497 ,
Thanks for connecting with the Brightspace Community. I connected with our Release Conditions experts and @Olly Fay142 is correct. Release Conditions would need to be set for all the modules that the students should not have access to.
We are always grateful for customer feedback such as yours and encourage you to create an item within our Product Idea Exchange, outlining your use case and recommended change. For instructions for how to access PIE, connect with our Community FAQ's article.
Re: Release Conditions on Content
My hunch is that it's the latter. In essence, your 12 modules should only be visible to people who meet the criteria (even if it is most people), whereas the other 3 should be visible by everyone. Therefore it's the 12 that need the release condition.
The other thing I'd consider, which may not be an option depending on your processes, is to set up a different course offering just for that group.
Re: Quiz generator: How do I include a comma in exported CSV question?
Thank you so much for the help. This was very helpful and worked. Again, thank you.
