I am the teacher DL, and the only one in the shell, and I accidentally un-enrolled myself. How can I get my shell back!!
Is Creator+ feature working properly on Brightspace?
We have used Creator+ to design various dynamic elements for our courses, we really enjoy working with this feature. As far as we could tell, it was working on Dec 1.
Today (Dec 3, 2023), it seems like everything that we have created through "Insert Elements" are not showing up, in ALL of our courses. We can still see what we have created on the editing page; however, all of our dynamic elements show up 'blank' on the course page when we access Brightspace through Microsoft Edge.
Please help, we are preparing to launch our first Brightspace course this week. Thank You!

We are sorry to hear that your are still experiencing issues with the user impersonaton.
To allow impersonation, give the new role the "Impersonate {target_role}" permission in the Users Tool. You must also ensure they have permission to see the Usernames and Org Defined Id values at the Course Offering Level (to allow impersonation within a Classlist) and at the Organization level (to be able to Impersonate from the main org Users Tool).

Re: Can I show different versions of content based on the User profile?
You can use release conditions to show content to specific users. User role is one of those release conditions.
On the content topic/module select create a release condition > Conditiontype "Role in current org unit" > and then select enrolled as "role"
This would mean you can have entire parts of the content only available to some users.
Custom Widgets can also have release conditions.
Yuja and New Content Experience
Hi,
I saw the recording of the October 2023 accessibility Interest Group regarding Yuja.
Now I'm wondering if Yuja is also available in the New Content Expereince because the demo was in the Classic content experience.

how to download a quiz as a csv file for later upload
Mandatory Toggle - Quiz Question within Pool
Hi there,
I'm unable to toggle the mandatory option for quiz questions that are part of a question pool.
If it is a single question that is not within a pool, in the same quiz, it does allow me to toggle it to mandatory.
Is anyone else having the same issue? Or perhaps someone from Brightspace can test this out and see if there is a solution?

Can anyone share the .csv template for bulk enrollment?
I've used the format:

It shows "too few field values" error but I can't seem to figure out why csv format won't work. There isn't a template that I can access within "Classlist", there is only the .txt template. When I receive rosters from HR, it would be SO MUCH EASIER to use the .csv vs creating a .txt file.
