Is Creator+ feature working properly on Brightspace?
We have used Creator+ to design various dynamic elements for our courses, we really enjoy working with this feature. As far as we could tell, it was working on Dec 1.
Today (Dec 3, 2023), it seems like everything that we have created through "Insert Elements" are not showing up, in ALL of our courses. We can still see what we have created on the editing page; however, all of our dynamic elements show up 'blank' on the course page when we access Brightspace through Microsoft Edge.
Please help, we are preparing to launch our first Brightspace course this week. Thank You!

I have received help from the D2L Support Analyst. After clearing my browser cache, my Creator+ elements are working properly now. Thank you!
