How do I write a formula for Compound interest in a quiz on D2L using the arithmetic option?

How can I FREEZE panes of column 1 (last name, first name) when scrolling to the end and viewing attendance % totals in the LAST column? As it is, cannot see user names along with attendance totals without scrolling back to column 1.

Without checking the file and the course in question, but the template in question is probably referring to the Shared Files instead of Manage Files.
Unzipping zip file holding HTML templates within a course doesn't resolve all paths to resources
When I unpack a zip file holding modified HTML templates in a Brightspace course (Sandbox) it doesn't resolve all paths to resources. For example, the paths to the CSS stylesheets are resolved correctly. It looks something like this:
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="/content/enforced/Sandbox/Brightspace_HTML_Template_v3_WH/_assets/thirdpartylib/fontawesome-free-6.1.1-web/css/all.min.css">However, for some script files, e.g. bootstrap.min.js, popper.min.js, jquery.min.js (other scripts files, like the script.min.js and custom.min.js resolve correctly and some images in the footer the paths are not resolved correctly. These paths look something like this:<script src="../_assets/thirdpartylib/bootstrap-4.6.2/js/bootstrap.min.js"></script>Or for the images in the footer, as follows:<footer><img id="logo" src="../_assets/img/webp/logo.webp" alt="Logo" width="128" height="82"> <img id="logo-dark" src="../_assets/img/webp/logo_dark-mode.webp" alt="Logo" width="128" height="82"></footer>I correct the paths manually afterwards, but that's quite a drag :(For what reason do some path not resolve after unpacking the zp files within a Brightspace course? Sections - deleted by IPSIS but still showing in course when adding new users
I'm keen on your advice/experience:
We successfully removed three sections by IPSIS from a course (they weren't being used so no users within them). They no longer show in org unit editor and IPSIS admin records show successful removal.
When in the course, Classlist, add existing user, the sections aspect still remains. When adding a new user as a learner an error message is received asking to assign a section (snip below). There are no sections to select from, the drop down menu is blank because there are no sections.
How do I resolve this? Thank you!!!!
Unique Links for National Student Survey?
Our organization is getting ready to run the "National Survey of Student Engagement", and the the survey company will provide us with a mapping document with the student ID in one column and a unique link for that specific student in a separate column.
The survey company suggests adding the link to an intranet/student portal/LMS (the more places, the merrier for greater visibility & survey completion). We have a way to do this through our student portal, but as of ~2019 (the last time we ran the survey) it was not possible to show a unique link in D2L based on who is currently logged in. Is anyone aware of whether that functionality is available now or not?
What are the best practices for administration of course that are 'open'?
Apologies if this question has already been asked; I appreciate any information about this that is available.
