            I have a parent whose account doesn't exist in Brightspace. They are in our SIS and associated with the child but they don't exist in Brightspace. Where do I start troubleshooting this?
We are using IPSIS Administration to sync our data.

            I can't find a place to leave a ticket with D2L the old community cases don't allow for me to create a ticket and I emailed support directly and they said I don't have support.
