I have a parent whose account doesn't exist in Brightspace. They are in our SIS and associated with the child but they don't exist in Brightspace. Where do I start troubleshooting this?
We are using IPSIS Administration to sync our data.

In this circumstance, we'd recommend that connecting with your school's IT Support is the best option. They can help in creating a ticket with D2L to get this issue resolved. We'll reach out to you via DM with further information!

I can't find a place to leave a ticket with D2L the old community cases don't allow for me to create a ticket and I emailed support directly and they said I don't have support.
