Any timeline anticipated for LockDown Browser LTI 1.3 support?

The https://community.d2l.com/brightspace/kb/articles/34059-march-2026-20-26-03 state, "Brightspace's Respondus LockDown Browser integration will soon support LTI 1.3. Clients must work directly with Respondus to activate LTI 1.3. There is a new d2l.3rdParty.Respondus.LockdownLTI13LinkId variable required as part of the configuration."

I don't see this mentioned elsewhere on Brightspace Community yet (i.e., in https://community.d2l.com/brightspace/kb/articles/5567-product-and-services-preview%29. , or https://www.d2l.com/product-roadmap/ ). Does "soon" mean this year, or perhaps next year?

    Hi Janet,

    As of the March update, the configuraion variable d2l.3rdParty.Respondus.LockdownLTI13LinkId is now available in all Brightspace test and production environments.

    The next step is to connect with your institutions Respondus account/support team who will work with you to activate LTI 1.3.
