    Hello @Joseph.R.521, thanks for your question!

    Once you've logged in to the Community, head to the ASC Support Portal (under Resources > Optimize > ASC Support Portal).

    You should see a chat button on the bottom right of the screen, and you can access an agent through that.

    Alternatively, if you have the End User Support widget available within your Brightspace environment, you are able to connect with our Support team there.
