Class progress not displaying?

One of my course facilitators for a particular section is not able to see any available students on the "class progress" tab. She can see all of the students for the section in "class list" but is not able to see anything in "class progress".

This could be a few things.
Does anything load when the facilitator attempts to access Class Progress?
If they're able to access it at all, the permissions for the Class Progress tool are most likely fine.
Is the course inactive or past its listed end date in Course Offering Information?
Is it at all possible to share any images of what is seen, without sharing any personal information of users?
