Can a Dropbox folder be shared between two course shells?
Is it possible to associate a single Dropbox folder with two different course shells?
For example, if we created a centralized “Practicum Records” course shell with all students enrolled, could a Dropbox in an individual course automatically feed submissions into the centralized shell as well? In other words, can student submissions in one course shell also appear in a Dropbox in another shell?

The only way that this could be possible is by leveraging the Assignments tool at the organization level.
You would need to ensure students can submit assignments at the org-level, and that the Assignment had release conditions that it could only be used by students in the specific courses that need it. You could likely just share a link to the Assignment in each of the courses, within Content.
