Help with Scheduled CSV Option in Analytics Builder

Hello. We recently gained access to the new Analytics Builder, and I am comparing features between it and the Insights Report Builder. I was attempting to test scheduled sending of data, and I am only seeing a PDF option for dashboards. Does anyone know how to send CSV data on a schedule like you can in DOMO? I sure hope I am just missing something, otherwise, this new system is a downgrade, lacking some very basic features. Any help would be appreciated!

    As of now, D2L's new Analytics Builder only supports scheduled dashboard exports in PDF format. Unfortunately, it does not offer the ability to schedule CSV or Excel exports of raw data tables — a feature that was available in Domo and Insights Report Builder.

    While individual table visuals can be manually exported to CSV, there is no option to automate this process on a recurring schedule.

    We understand this may limit certain workflows, especially for teams relying on automated data pipelines. D2L has indicated that Analytics Builder is still under active development, so we encourage submitting product feedback to help prioritize this functionality in future updates.

    Please let us know if you’d like assistance submitting feedback or exploring possible workarounds in the meantime.

    Hi @Karim.M.508,

    How can we provide feeback on this lack of a crucial feature?

    I need to use Analytics Builder to export data via email or to a network share. This was available in DOMO so I'm quite disappointed that its no loner available in the new Analytics Builder.

    This feature (Schedule CSV Export of Data from Analytics Builder) request has already been logged with our Product team and is currently under consideration. To help prioritize it further, you can access the request through the Product Idea Exchange (PIE). The PIE is the best place to provide feedback, upvote ideas, and directly influence the Brightspace product roadmap.

    How to Submit Feedback or Vote on the Feature

    1. Log in to the Brightspace Community.
    2. In the top navigation bar, go to Resources → Product Idea Exchange.
