Is there a recommended way to use Brightspace to streamline the process of requesting and managing invigilation or exam support?
Specifically, we are wondering whether Brightspace can be used to standardize and centralize invigilation requests from instructors, route them to the appropriate support teams, and track their status, instead of relying on email-based workflows. We are also interested in whether there are established workflows or tools within Brightspace (for example, Forms, workflows, or integrations) that institutions are using to manage exam logistics and accommodations more efficiently.
Any examples, best practices, or limitations would be appreciated.
