How can I determine the number of users who have subscribed for email notifications?

    Hello, Christopher, how are you?

    My name is Piero and I am a Bilingual Product Support Analyst at D2L. I will be helping you with your question today.

    While we don't have a specific report with the number of Users who have subscribed for e-mail notifications and while that information cannot be extracted directly from the Data Hub, it's still possible to gather it via API calls.

    This API call will return all of the notification preferences for a single User. Using that call programmatically (such as in a Python script), it can get that information for all Users in your organization (or in a specific organizational unit).
