Discussion board formatting
For one of my courses, we utilize discussion boards, and we are expected to format using APA7 guidelines. I am unable to indent, as when I press tab, it takes me to the next button instead of the usual expected indentation. I am also unable to create the hanging indent that is required in the references section. I have tried to circumvent this inability of the site by writing my work in a Microsoft Word document first, then pasting it into the discussion format, but when I paste it into the discussion board, it removes all previous formatting that I did within the Word document. I am not pressing paste without formatting, and yet it still seems to wipe what I have done.

Thank you for bringing this out our attention. Could you please open a case with our support team and include the necessary details along with the reference Word file that contains the indents you are unable to copy into the discussion tool in Brightspace? It would also be very helpful if you could share a screen recording of the exact steps to reproduce the issue so we can investigate further.
